Good Morning Danny, we are now having trouble with it recognizing our personalized sleeve. Is there aany reason why this could be happening?

Only about a zillion. But let’s start with the easy things:

  1. Are you using a custom model, and did you create it using the ftc-ml tool?
  2. When you trained your model, did the model Training metrics look good?
  3. Did you search this forum looking for others who might have had the same or similar issues?
