Good evening, We are trying to update an Moto G Play. The version is 6.0.1… which isn’t running with the FTC 2023/24 season, any suggestion has to how we can update the phone and reinstall FTC Driver Station and Robot Control.
I don’t have the details handy, but look in the game manual part 1 where the supported phones are listed. There is a footnote to that rule with a link to a Motorola tool that might be able to update your firmware. It has worked on several phones, and hasn’t worked on several others, maybe it will for you. That is the only way we’ve found.
