The ML tool still thinks it is tracking the 3 videos that have been deleted. Any way to remedy this?
Because of the nature of the cloud infrastructure, additional instances of the ftc-ml application may actually still have the tracking operation running, even if in your instance you terminated the action. Tracking is a server-side operation, and not a client-side operation, so there are many ways to “abort” the tracking session without actually having the server quit the tracking operation. In those cases, you have to wait until the server operation finishes. This is a situation where you just have to wait until those operations finish. There’s no way to track it, you’ll know when the system allows you to continue.

It’s been over a week and it’s still giving the same message. Is there someone we can contact to reset out Machine Learning account?
