When we (team 19571) tried to track/label the object in a video, we’ve been receiving an error message stating “Unable to start tracking because your team is currently doing tracking for 3 videos.” This occurred even after we deleted all videos and then uploaded just one new video. It has been 2 weeks since we first received this message and we still can’t get rid of this issue. Whom should I contact to resolve this situation? Thank you!
