Using chat with on-call support

In the Nov 1 call, mention was made of using “chat” when calling for help. Is that a feature within an the RC or DS app? How is it activated?

No, that would be an interesting yet massive undertaking to provide technical support for robots.

The chat feature is for specifically scoring software technical support, and the chat feature is within the scoring software. It is only authorized for use by trained scorekeepers at official events.
