The FIRST Machine Learning Toolchain is a web based set of tools that allows a registered FIRST Tech Challenge team to generate a custom TensorFlow inference model for object detection and tracking.
Teams are allocated a fixed number of training minutes to use with the FIRST managed server. Teams or individuals that want to train independently may provision their own server within a personal Google Cloud project. Source is located here
