  1. Can a team place a Beacon on top of a Ground Junction and still get
    20 points?

  2. Does a team get points for every cone placed on one Junction. For
    example, placing 5 Cones on a High Junction is worth 25 points?

  3. Are points ever nullified with the competitor color on the same Junction?

  4. I vaguely recall reading something about reducing the competitor
    Team’s points. If that is true, when?
